Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Consulting, Strategic, to lead Ramp’s largest and most influential post-sales engagements. You will own end-to-end technical implementation for multi-entity ERP environments, collaborate with Customer Activation, and sit beside finance leaders to craft scalable, value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, or professional services with large, strategic accounts.
• 2-3+ years managing individual contributors and owning team-level outcomes; experience with senior-level ICs preferred.
• Proven track record owning post-sales implementation for large, complex customers (multi-entity, multi-system).
• Deep fluency in ERP/financial systems, APIs, SSO/HRIS integrations, and core accounting workflows.
• Ability to design enterprise-level solution architectures and distinguish configuration gaps from product gaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Strategic Technical Consulting team; coach senior and principal consultants and build bench strength.
• Own post-sales technical implementation for Ramp's largest accounts, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Co-own activation milestones with Activation to align design, adoption, and time-to-value.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical and delivery challenges across ERP integrations and custom API work.
• Define and improve the strategic delivery model, standards, and governance for enterprise engagements.
• Run the function with rigorous capacity forecasting, workload balancing, and KPI tracking.
• Partner with leadership across departments to align roadmap and segment strategy.
• Translate field insights into product requirements and drive stakeholder buy-in.
• Make sound, well-documented decisions in ambiguous, high-stakes situations.
