Star Pediatrics by Abound Health seeks a Manager, Staffing Operations & Workforce Analytics in New Jersey to lead Staffing Coordinators and optimize nurse capacity. The role reports to Nursing Operations and requires travel between Mount Laurel, Howell, and Saddle Brook.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience in healthcare.
• Proven ability to drive staffing improvements using data and analytics.
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, forecasts, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Staffing Coordinators to match nurses with patient needs.
• Drive workforce planning, capacity management, and staffing optimization to maximize utilization.
• Analyze staffing data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop forecasting models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Nursing Operations, Clinical Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams to address workforce supply and demand.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to increase productivity and service delivery.
• Establish accountability measures and performance standards for staffing operations.
• Optimize workflows, technology use, and workforce management practices.
• Monitor staffing performance metrics and implement action plans to improve coverage and utilization.
• Support strategic initiatives related to growth and capacity forecasting.
