Job summary
Star Pediatrics by Abound Health in New Jersey seeks a Manager, Staffing Operations & Workforce Analytics to lead our Staffing Coordinator team and optimize nurse capacity across Mount Laurel, Howell, and Saddle Brook. This data-driven operations leadership role focuses on forecasting, analytics, and scalable processes to reduce open hours, improve staffing efficiency, and support growth.
Requires 3+ years of people management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong collaboration with Nursing
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of people management in healthcare.
- Experience using data, analytics, forecasting, and reporting to drive decisions.
- Strong ability to develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Staffing Coordinators.
- Drive workforce planning, capacity management, and staffing optimization.
- Analyze staffing and operational data to identify trends and risks.
- Develop forecasting models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with Nursing Operations, Clinical Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and Operations.
- Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Establish accountability measures and performance standards.
- Optimize workflows and technology utilization for staffing.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
- Support growth and strategic workforce planning initiatives.
