Job summary

Star Pediatrics by Abound Health in New Jersey is seeking a Manager, Staffing Operations & Workforce Analytics to lead the Staffing Coordinators and optimize nurse capacity. The role reports to the VP of Nursing Operations and requires hybrid work from NJ office locations Mount Laurel, Howell, or Saddle Brook, with travel between offices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience in healthcare.
• Proven track record using data, analytics, forecasting, and reporting to drive decisions.
• Experience performing capacity planning and staffing optimization.
• Experience monitoring KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into actions.
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and stakeholder management.
• Must reside in New Jersey and travel between Mount Laurel, Howell, and Saddle Brook offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Staffing Coordinators to match nurses with patient needs.
• Drive workforce planning, capacity management, and staffing optimization.
• Analyze staffing and operations data to identify trends and gaps.
• Develop forecasting models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
• Partner with Nursing Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams to address staffing needs.
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives to increase productivity.
