Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and align technical solutions accordingly.
• Provide technical expertise and support through product demos, presentations, and proposals.
• Develop deep understanding of company products, technologies, and industry trends to articulate value.
• Assist in shaping sales strategies and developing collateral and resources.
• Engage with key customers to understand requirements and address concerns as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct customer site visits, demonstrations, and proof of value demonstrations.
