ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Manager, Solution Consulting (SLED) to lead a team of pre-sales Solution Consultants and drive technical solutions across the sales cycle. You will coach, mentor, and collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure customer success and revenue growth.

You will deliver demonstrations, shape sales strategy, and stay ahead of cybersecurity trends while aligning with business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a related role in software/tech.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
• In-depth cybersecurity knowledge and understanding of industry trends.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to analyze data, metrics, and sales trends.
• Proactive and self-driven in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel up to 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Solution Consultants, providing guidance and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and align technical solutions; support demonstrations and proposals.
• Engage directly with key customers to address requirements and provide technical insights.
• Coordinate with product/marketing/success teams to develop content and tools for sales.
• Identify process improvements and provide regular performance metrics to senior management.
