CVS Health seeks a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a team of software and Salesforce engineers, building scalable, cloud-native solutions that sit at the intersection of enterprise CRM and custom software engineering.

You will own the technical vision across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs, drive DevOps practices, AI capabilities, and ensure security/compliance. The role requires 6+ years in software engineering with Salesforce proficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years software engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading or developing teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Deep Salesforce knowledge: Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Marketing Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external apps (MuleSoft/Workato) or serverless APIs.
• Domain experience in high-volume contact center/outreach platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach.
• Oversee Salesforce architecture including Sales/Service/Marketing/Data Cloud / Experience Cloud.
• Lead development of APIs, microservices, and data integration pipelines.
• Architect CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel integrations with partners.
