Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a team building scalable, Salesforce-driven CRM and cloud-native solutions across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs.

You will drive architectural vision, oversee integration of APIs, microservices, and AI-enabled workflows, and mentor engineers while partnering with Product, Security, and Exec Leadership to translate strategy into delivery.

Qualifications

6+ years of software engineering with hands-on development.
2+ years managing or developing software teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
Deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Service/Marketing Clouds).
Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using middleware or cloud-native services.
Direct experience delivering tech solutions for high-volume Contact Center/Marketing/Outreach platforms.

Responsibilities

Own the technical vision, execution, and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach.
Oversee Salesforce architecture and modern software engineering beyond CRM bounds.
Lead API integrations, microservices, and data pipelines to support scalable solutions.
Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel contact center tech integrations.
