Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead Salesforce-centric software engineering initiatives in a healthcare tech ecosystem. You will oversee architecture, integration pipelines, and cloud-native solutions across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach programs.

Lead a team of Salesforce developers and full-stack engineers, drive Agile practices, and collaborate with Product, Design, Security, and Operations to deliver scalable tech.

Qualifications

6+ years in software engineering with hands-on development.
2+ years managing software teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
Deep Salesforce technical knowledge (Apex, LWC, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud).

Responsibilities

Define technical vision and delivery for Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach.
Oversee Salesforce architecture including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Lead development of modern microservices, APIs, and data integration pipelines.
Architect CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel integrations.
Partner with product, design, security, marketing, and leadership to translate strategy into tech.
