Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a team of Salesforce and software engineers. You will shape the technical vision for Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs and drive scalable cloud-native solutions.

You will oversee API integrations, microservices, and automation while collaborating with Product, Design, Security, and Leadership to translate strategy into deployable tech.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on development.
• 2+ years managing or developing software engineering teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Deep Salesforce knowledge: Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Service/Marketing Clouds.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision, execution, and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs.
• Oversee architectural design, customization, and scalability of the Salesforce platform and related clouds.
• Lead development of modern technical solutions, including microservices, event-driven middleware, REST/GraphQL APIs, and data integration pipelines.
• Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel outreach integrations.
