CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead Salesforce-centric software initiatives. You will shape the technical strategy for Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, and Outreach programs while guiding a team of Salesforce developers and full-stack engineers.

Responsibilities include overseeing CRM architecture, API integrations, and AI-enabled automation, with a focus on scalable cloud-native solutions and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering with hands-on development.
• 2+ years managing or developing software teams in Agile/cloud environments.
• Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce including Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own technical vision and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach.
• Oversee Salesforce core architecture and integration into microservices.
• Lead development of modern solutions beyond CRM, incl. APIs and data pipelines.
• Architect CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel integrations.
• Hire/mentor engineers and drive Agile practices.
