Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering with hands-on development.
• 2+ years managing software teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Deep Salesforce knowledge: Apex, LWC, Flow Orchestration, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud.
• Background in full-stack/backend development (Java, Node.js, Python).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external apps using MuleSoft/Workato or cloud-native APIs.
• Domain exposure to Contact Center/Telesales, Marketing automation, or Outreach platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own technical vision, execution, and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs.
• Oversee Salesforce Core Architecture: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud, Experience Cloud.
• Lead development of modern microservices, event-driven middleware, REST/GraphQL APIs, and data pipelines.
• Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows, omni-channel integrations, automated outreach engines, and partner portals.
• Hire, mentor, and retain an engineering team; drive Agile practices and architectural design sessions.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, Marketing, and Exec Leadership to translate strategy into tech deliverables.
• Enforce DevOps, automated testing, CI/CD, environment management, and governor-limit optimization.
• Explore AI capabilities (Einstein, LLMs) and automation to boost performance.
• Ensure security, data governance, and HIPAA/CCPA/SOC2 compliance.
