Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a team of Salesforce and software engineers. You will shape technical strategy for Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs, and drive scalable, cloud-native solutions across the enterprise.

You will own architecture, integration, and delivery, mentor engineers, promote Agile practices, and collaborate with Product, Design, Security, Marketing, and Leadership to turn strategy into actionable software.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering with hands-on development.
• 2+ years leading or developing software teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Deep Salesforce knowledge: Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud.
• Back-end/full-stack skills: Java, Node.js, Python; APIs; relational/non-relational databases.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external apps using MuleSoft or cloud-native services.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs.
• Oversee Salesforce core architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Lead development of modern solutions: microservices, APIs, data pipelines, and automated outreach workflows.
• Architect CC-Sales workflows, omni-channel integrations, and partner portals.
