Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a team of Salesforce and software engineers. You will own technical vision and deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions supporting Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs.

Responsibilities include architecture across Salesforce platforms, API integrations, and data pipelines, while driving Agile practices, DevOps, and security/compliance in healthcare contexts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering with hands-on development fundamentals.
• 2+ years managing or developing software engineering teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform including Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Service Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision, execution, and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs.
• Oversee Salesforce core architecture and scalability across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Lead development of modern tech solutions beyond CRM, including microservices, APIs, and data integrations.
• Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel integrations; drive automated outreach and partner portals.
• Hire, mentor, and retain an engineering team; drive Agile delivery and architecture sessions.
• Enforce DevOps practices, automated testing, CI/CD, and Salesforce governor limit optimizations.
