Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to guide a team of Salesforce and software engineers. You will shape technical strategy, oversee architectural design, and drive delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, and Outreach programs.

You will lead integrations, build scalable services, and mentor engineers in an Agile setting while aligning withSecurity and Governance. This full-time role offers a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on development.
• 2+ years of leading or growing software teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Deep technical Salesforce knowledge: Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud.
• Broader stack experience: Java, Node.js, Python, microservices, REST/GraphQL, databases.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach programs.
• Oversee Salesforce core architecture and scalability across multiple Clouds.
• Lead development of modern software solutions beyond CRM, including microservices and integrations.
• Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel outreach integrations.
