Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on development
• 2+ years managing or developing software teams in Agile, cloud-first environments
• Deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Flow Orchestration) and CRM tooling
• Background in full-stack/backend development (Java, Node.js, Python; microservices; REST/GraphQL)
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external apps using MuleSoft or serverless APIs

Responsibilities

• Own technical vision, execution, and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs
• Oversee Salesforce Core Architecture and scalability of Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud
• Lead development of modern solutions beyond CRM, including microservices and data pipelines
• Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel integrations
