Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager of Specialty Network Contracting to guide contracting strategy for specialty pharmacy services.

You will translate complex network concepts into actionable client guidance and lead cross-functional teams to ensure delivery on schedule and within scope. You will mentor specialty client support staff, partner with internal and external teams, and drive initiatives that improve access and reduce net costs while maintaining compliance and regulatory

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy required.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist licensure in the state of residence.
• 4+ years as a licensed Pharmacist.
• 3+ years of leading/mentoring staff.
• 1+ year PBM/Managed Care experience preferred.
• Experience with REMS and Limited Distribution products preferred.
• Vendor or accounts management experience preferred.
• Clinical experience in specialty pharmacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex specialty network concepts into clear recommendations.
• Lead client meetings and quarterly reviews on network strategy.
• Advise on initiatives for member access and lowest net cost.
• Oversee specialist client support processes and service standards.
• Resolve escalations with internal teams on access, reimbursement, contracts.
• Drive vendor coordination and contract management activities.
• Develop scalable workflows for compliance and growth.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are understood and met.
• Mentor and develop specialty client staff.
