Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager, Specialty Network Contracting to lead a team delivering network contracts and client support for specialty pharmacy services. The role requires strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration to optimize access, reimbursement, and cost strategies.

You will drive initiatives, mentor staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with clients to deliver outcomes aligned with Navitus goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with current, unrestricted licensure
• Experience mentoring staff and leading teams
• Experience in PBM, managed care, or specialty pharmacy is preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the specialty pharmacy expert translating complex concepts into clear client recommendations
• Lead client meetings, QBRs, and RFP support as the network expert
• Oversee client support processes, ensuring timely, accurate responses across access, pricing, and contracts
• Manage specialty client initiatives from ideation to implementation with project discipline
• Develop scalable workflows, policies, and training to support compliance and growth
