Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Industry Relations to lead our Trade Relations team and shape manufacturer engagement strategies across specialty pharmaceuticals. You will direct contract negotiations, pricing, and access initiatives while aligning with PBM formularies and payer needs.

The role demands 7+ years in the field, 5+ years of negotiation leadership, and a PharmD with state licensure. This is a remote-enabled leadership position with broad vendor collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have a PharmD or equivalent and current pharmacy license in the relevant state.
• 7+ years in specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry roles.
• 5+ years of contract negotiation experience, preferably in specialty pharmacy.
• 3+ years of people leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Trade Relations team and drive manufacturer engagement strategies.
• Negotiate distribution and procurement agreements with manufacturers and ensure compliant, favorable terms.
• Develop strategies related to clinical disease states and formulary alignment.
• Oversee the clinical drug pipeline and identify RFP/RFI opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, and service agreements; manage related audits and compliance.
