Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager of Industry Relations to build and lead our trade engagement strategy with pharmaceutical manufacturers and to secure access to specialty medications.

You will direct contract negotiations, oversee the clinical drug pipeline, and work with lumicera leadership to maximize payer and patient access. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in the specialty/pharma space, strong negotiation skills, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 5+ years of contract negotiation experience, preferably in specialty pharmacy.
• 3+ years of people-leadership or team-management experience.
• Strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy meds and REMS/LDD practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop, and coach the trade relations team and set priorities.
• Direct negotiations of distribution and procurement agreements with manufacturers.
• Develop manufacturer strategies aligned with PBM formulary and disease states.
• Oversee clinical drug pipeline and participate in RFPs/RFIs.
• Secure access to limited distribution medications and manage related agreements.
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements with manufacturers and ensure compliance.
• Provide periodic reporting on activities, opportunities, and trends.
• Represent Lumicera at leadership and industry groups.
