Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Industry Relations to lead a trade relations team and shape strategy for manufacturer collaborations and contracts.

The role drives access to limited distribution meds, negotiates pricing, and aligns with PBM and payer needs. The position requires a PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree, licensure, and extensive experience in specialty pharmacy and contract negotiation.

Competenze

• Pharmacy degree and active pharmacist license in residence state or eligible for reciprocity.
• 7+ years in specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years of contract negotiation experience, with focus on specialty pharmacy.
• 3+ years of people leadership or team management.
• Strong knowledge of REMS and Limited Distribution Drug (LDD) practices.
• Participation in compliance program objectives and cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

• Lead, develop, and coach the trade relations team and set priorities.
• Negotiate distribution and procurement agreements with manufacturers.
• Develop manufacturer strategies aligned with clinical disease states and formulary.
• Oversee the clinical drug pipeline and opportunities for RFPs/RFIs.
• Secure access to limited distribution medications and manage related agreements and discounts.
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements with manufacturers, including legal/compliance reviews.
• Maintain relationships with manufacturers and identify program opportunities.
• Expand and negotiate manufacturer programs including data and enhanced services.
• Manage discount structures (prompt pay, volume) to maximize savings.
• Oversee data programs and reporting for program performance.
• Develop strategies for a competitive contract structure for Lumicera, PBM, payers, and patients.
• Coordinate with data aggregators and hub services.
