Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Industry Relations to lead the Trade Relations team and drive engagement with specialty pharmaceutical manufacturers. You will shape contracts, pricing, and access programs to meet payer and patient needs while upholding regulatory standards.

You will oversee negotiations, strategy development, and performance reporting, working with legal, compliance, and external partners to maximize product access and value in the specialty pharmacy space.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 5+ years of contract negotiation experience with preference for specialty pharmacy.
• 3+ years of people leadership or team management experience.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in home state or ability to reciprocity.
• MBA or graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the trade relations team to execute manufacturer and trade engagement strategies.
• Negotiate distribution and procurement agreements with manufacturers and ensure compliant implementation.
• Develop manufacturer strategies aligned with clinical disease states and formulary placement.
• Oversee program opportunities, RFPs/RFIs, and access strategies for limited distribution drugs.
• Manage pricing, discounts, and service level agreements with manufacturers, including data programs.
