Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Industry Relations to lead the Trade Relations team and shape manufacturer engagement strategies. You will direct negotiations, oversee the clinical drug pipeline, and ensure access to limited distribution medications while maximizing value for payers and patients.

The role requires pharmacy leadership experience and strong contract negotiation skills to support Lumicera and its strategic partners in sourcing products competitively.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the trade relations team and set priorities.
• Direct negotiation of distribution and procurement agreements with specialty manufacturers.
• Develop strategies related to clinical disease states and formulary alignment.
• Oversee the clinical drug pipeline and participate in RFIs and RFPs for manufacturer programs.
• Negotiate access to limited distribution medications and manage related agreements and discounts.
• Maintain and negotiate pricing and service agreements with manufacturers in line with policy.
