Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Industry Relations to lead the Trade Relations team, shape manufacturer engagement strategies, and secure distribution and pricing for specialty pharmaceuticals.

The role oversees contract negotiations, aligns with PBM formulary strategies, and guides the clinical drug pipeline, ensuring access to limited distribution medications while meeting regulatory and compliance obligations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 5+ years of contract negotiation experience, with specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
• 3+ years of people-leadership or team-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach the trade relations team, setting priorities and ensuring execution of engagement strategy.
• Direct the negotiation of distribution and procurement agreements with manufacturers to ensure compliance and savings.
• Develop manufacturer strategies related to clinical disease states and PBM formulary alignment.
• Oversee clinical drug pipeline and opportunities in RFPs/RFIs for manufacturer programs.
• Negotiate access to limited distribution medications and manage related agreements and discounts.
• Establish, monitor, and negotiate pricing and service agreements with manufacturers.
