Qualifications

• Typically 8–10 years of progressive experience in performance management or HR strategy.
• Experience leading enterprise‑wide performance programs.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into scalable processes and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve talent assessment and performance management strategy and processes.
• Oversee annual performance cycles, goal-setting, calibration, and outcomes.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to embed performance expectations and development planning.
• Analyze performance data, trends, and insights to inform leadership decisions.
• Lead change management and communications related to performance programs.
• Ensure performance processes are fair, and compliant with internal policies.
• Manage, coach, and develop team members supporting performance programs and analytics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen performance culture.
