Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree, MBA, or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide performance programs and HR strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve performance management strategy and processes.
• Oversee annual performance cycles, goal-setting, calibration, and outcomes.
• Partner with HR and leaders to embed performance expectations and development planning.
• Analyze performance data and trends to inform leadership decisions.
• Lead change management and communications for performance programs.
• Ensure processes are fair, compliant with policies and governance.
• Coach and develop team members supporting performance programs and analytics.
• Drive continuous improvement to strengthen performance culture and employee experience.
