You will design, execute, and improve performance management frameworks, partnering with HR and business leaders to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and a high-performance culture in a global MedTech organization.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in performance management or HR strategy.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide performance programs.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable processes and measurable outcomes.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and governance of performance management frameworks.
• Oversee annual performance cycles, goal setting, calibration, and outcomes.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to embed performance expectations.
• Analyze data to inform leadership decisions and improvements.
• Drive change management and communications for performance programs.
• Ensure processes are fair, compliant with governance requirements.
• Coach and develop team members supporting performance analytics.
• Lead continuous improvement to strengthen performance culture.
