Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to shape the technology and data landscape for People & Community. This remote role guides Workday, analytics, and employee listening to drive equitable, trusted workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday configuration and security.
• Experience with HR data, reporting, dashboards, and data quality.
• Experience leading HR system implementations, upgrades and optimization.
• Knowledge of compliance, controls, and security in HR systems.
• Proven project/program/change management skills across enterprise projects.
• Cross-functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance, and vendors.
• Strong core HR knowledge across org structures, compensation, recruiting, and lifecycle data.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance for HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, releases, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise technology and AI forums.
• Own division technology roadmap and advise senior leaders on investments.
• Lead HR systems and analytics team and ensure equitable development opportunities.
• Shape enterprise workforce measures and executive reporting for leadership.
• Oversee employee listening technology and reporting with privacy protections.
