CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) invites applications for a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights - Remote. You will shape the tech ecosystem for People and Community, drive analytics, and lead employee listening initiatives at scale from a remote-first setup across the United States.

You will partner with senior leaders to guide platform investments, enterprise data governance, and responsible AI practices while ensuring data security, compliance, and equitable outcomes for employees.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in related work experience, including leadership of teams or enterprise programs.
• Hands-on HRIS and Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.
• Experience with HR data, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• Knowledge of controls, security, privacy, and policy compliance in HR systems.
• Proven project, program, and change management skills across enterprise initiatives.
• Cross-functional partnership with HR, IT, security, procurement, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute a multi-year HR technology strategy and roadmap.
• Govern HR systems configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Manage budgets, contracts, renewals, and partner relationships for HR tech.
• Represent HR technology in enterprise forums influencing standards and investments.
• Lead and develop the HR systems and analytics team for growth and equity of development opportunities.
• Own intake and prioritization of HR tech requests balancing value, risk, and standards.
