Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to shape the technology ecosystem for People & Community. You will drive strategy, governance, and investments across HR systems, analytics, and employee listening, partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, and Risk to balance value, risk, and compliance.

This remote role supports enterprise-wide decisions and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS experience with Workday (configuration, security, testing, support).
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits and data quality.
• Experience leading enterprise HR system implementations and changes.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for People Systems & Workforce Insights.
• Lead governance for HR systems configuration, security, data, reporting, releases, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Legal.
• Own the technology roadmap and advise senior leaders on platform investments, risk, and AI use.
• Lead and develop the HR systems and analytics team and ensure equitable access to development.
