Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to lead the People Systems & Workforce Insights function. You will shape the technology roadmap, governance, security, and analytics for HR platforms and reporting, guiding senior leaders on investments in AI, data, and workforce insights.

The role emphasizes inclusive leadership, cross-functional partnership, and responsible use of automation, with a remote-friendly setup across the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years leading teams, enterprise-wide programs, or large cross-functional initiatives.
• BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise: Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.
• HR data, reporting, and analytics: data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• System implementations and enhancements across modules and processes.
• Compliance, controls, and security in HR systems.
• Project, program and change management across enterprise projects.
• Cross-functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security, compliance, and vendors.
• Core HR functional knowledge across org structures, compensation, benefits, recruiting, lifecycle events, performance, and talent data.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the multi-year technology strategy for the People and Community division’s technology ecosystem.
• Lead governance for HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, releases, and vendor performance.
• Oversee technology budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise technology, data, AI, security, and operating-model forums.
• Lead, develop, and organize the HR systems and analytics team.
• Own the division’s technology intake and prioritization.
• Serve as a process owner for internal controls and audits.
• Safeguard sensitive employee data and responsible AI decisions.
• Improve platform reliability, service delivery, and self-service adoption.
