Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is recruiting a Sr Manager for People Systems & Workforce Insights to lead the People and Community division’s technology roadmap, analytics, and employee listening efforts. This remote role guides enterprise HR technology and AI strategies, ensuring secure, compliant, and equitable systems.

You will build and mentor the HR analytics team, drive governance, and partner across IT, Finance, Legal, and Risk to deliver measurable value while safeguarding employee data and trust.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years leading teams, enterprise-wide programs, or large cross-functional initiatives.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on HRIS platform experience, especially Workday with configuration, security, testing, and support.
• HR data, reporting, analytics, governance, and dashboards experience.
• System implementations and enhancements across HR modules and processes.
• Compliance, controls, and security experience with sensitive employee data.
• Project, program, and change management skills with stakeholder communication.
• Cross-functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security, compliance, and vendors.
• Core HR functional knowledge across org structures, compensation, benefits, recruiting, lifecycle, performance, and talent data.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the multi-year division technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Lead governance for HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee the division’s technology budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise tech, data, AI, security, and operating-model forums.
• Lead, develop, and organize the HR systems and analytics team.
• Own the division’s technology intake and prioritization.
• Serve as process owner for internal controls and audits.
• Safeguard sensitive employee data and AI-driven decisions.
• Improve platform reliability, delivery, and self-service.
