Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Experienced Manager to lead outsourced finance and accounting engagements, oversee staff, review work products, and drive portfolio performance. The role includes client relationship management, discovery meetings, and designing integrated solutions tailored to client needs.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in accounting, supervisory experience, CPA preferred, and hands-on experience with outsourced delivery centers; familiarity with QBO, NAV, and Bill.com is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; or equivalent experience.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of outsourced finance & accounting engagements.
• Provide technical accounting expertise and review final work products.
• Manage client relationships and communications; oversee billing and issue resolution.
• Design integrated solutions and scope engagements with leadership.
• Mentor staff and develop analytics and forecasting skills.
• Ensure timely engagement delivery and adherence to SOWs.
