Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) is seeking a Manager of Order Management in Wayne, NJ to oversee the EPCO Order Management Center. You will lead an inside sales team, drive training programs, and own order intake and processing for production while delivering exceptional customer service for affiliate units.

Ideal candidates bring extensive leadership experience in inside sales, elevator industry knowledge, and a track record of improving lead-time and delivery metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years in inside sales with leadership exposure.
• Experience in parts and fixture industry preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with team guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EPCO Order Management Center operations.
• Manage inside sales team, provide training and development.
• Own order intake and processing for production and customer service for affiliates.
• Develop KPIs for lead-time, on-time delivery, shipments and bookings.
• Onboard new hires and create training materials.
• Maintain product/code knowledge and ensure quotas are met.
• Direct daily customer communications and quick quote turnover.
