Schindler Elevator Corporation in Hanover, PA seeks a COS Supervisor to manage automation of the Supply Chain order processing system from receipt of elevator specs to material orders and industrialization.

This role leads a team of experts in the US and offshore, coordinates with planning, quality, and sourcing to ensure changes are implemented in SAP BOM and configuration; builds training and performance plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience.
• Experience coordinating with multiple supply chain functions.
• Experience with SAP BOM configuration and industrialization processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain and SAP BOM configuration from sales order to material master data.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders to drive changes in the supply chain.
• Oversee configuration testing and industrialization of components for US products.
• Lead Variant Configurator programming to align with engineering documents.
• Define validation strategies for modular INDU and configuration systems.
• Develop in-house training, performance reviews, and development plans.
