Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration or 5+ years of sales experience.
- Experience in elevator or construction industry; strong negotiation and sales techniques.
Responsibilities
- Meet and/ or exceed assigned sales objectives.
- Establish favorable client relationships.
- Prepare estimates for the sale of Schindler products and services.
- Assist architects and developers with product applications through layout data and specifications.
- Source, analyze and communicate competitive data for advantage.
- Communicate information to customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
- Accounts receivable management for assigned accounts.
- Address and resolve customer complaints.
