Job summary

The role emphasizes process optimization, industrialization, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, and SAP-based MRP. You will develop standard work, manage BOMs, and collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Electrical/Mechanical engineering knowledge; BOM reading.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, equipment, and routing.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Hands-on approach to tasks.
• CAD software experience (AutoCAD, Creo, SolidWorks).
• SAP/ERP knowledge including materials management.
• Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Support industrialization and change management for new and existing products.
• Review proposed product changes and support new product implementation.
• Plan and implement efficiency improvements and cost-reduction projects.
• Use Lean and Six Sigma tools to analyze metrics and track impact.
• Support Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain standard work, BOMs, and variant configuration in MRP.
