Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the firm’s US litigation docketing function. You will oversee a centralized team, establish workflows, and ensure accurate, timely docketing across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities include optimizing processes, mentoring staff, and collaborating with IT and legal teams to improve systems, governance, and client service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5–7 years in litigation docketing, calendaring, or case management in a law firm.
• Experience leading docketing, legal operations, or related staff.
• Knowledge of federal/state/appellate court rules and filing requirements.
• Experience supporting litigation practices across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the US litigation docketing function across jurisdictions.
• Develop and enhance docketing procedures, workflows, and training resources.
• Monitor court rules and ensure processes remain current and compliant.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, workload balancing, and cross-training for continuity.
• Partner with IT and business services to optimize docketing platforms and reporting.
