Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Senior Manager, Litigation Docketing to lead the firm’s US docketing function across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires establishing standards, optimizing processes, and ensuring accurate calendaring and deadlines with centralized oversight.

You will manage a team of docketing professionals, collaborate with legal support and IT, and drive continuous improvement to support the litigation practice and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5–7 years in docketing, calendaring, or case management in a law firm or similar environment.
• Experience leading docketing, legal operations, or similar teams.
• Knowledge of federal, state, appellate, and administrative court rules and deadlines.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the US litigation docketing function across jurisdictions.
• Establish and improve docketing procedures, workflows, and training resources.
• Monitor court rules and updates; ensure processes stay current.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and cross-training for continuity.
• Partner with IT and legal teams to enhance systems and reporting.
