Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright, a leading global law firm, seeks a Senior Manager of Litigation Docketing to lead its US docketing function. The role oversees a centralized team, sets standards, and drives process and technology improvements across jurisdictions and offices.

You will partner with legal support leadership to align docketing with broader strategy, manage staffing, and ensure accurate, timely calendaring while supporting business continuity and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years docketing experience in a law firm or similar setting.
• In lieu of degree, 10 years docketing/related experience plus 3+ years leadership.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions and centralized docketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of US litigation docketing across jurisdictions.
• Develop and optimize docketing procedures, workflows and training resources.
• Oversee governance, quality control, and risk mitigation for docketing data.
