Job summary

Norton Rose FulbrightUS LLP is seeking a Senior Manager, Litigation Docketing to lead the firm’s US docketing function. You will oversee a centralized team, set quality standards, and drive efficiency across jurisdictions and offices.

The role requires strong leadership, deep docketing expertise, and collaboration with IT and legal teams. Hybrid work is available with in-office attendance as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of docketing or related experience in a law firm or similar legal environment.
• Experience leading docketing, legal operations, or related staff.
• Knowledge of federal, state, appellate, and administrative court rules.
• Strong ability to interpret court rules and perform complex deadline calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of US litigation docketing across jurisdictions.
• Establish and enhance docketing procedures, workflows, and training resources.
• Monitor court rule changes and ensure processes stay current and compliant.
• Oversee staffing, workloads, and service levels for continuity.
• Partner with legal support leadership to align docketing with firm strategy.
• Oversee calendaring platforms and system upgrades with IT and vendors.
