Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of litigation docketing in a law firm or similar setting, plus leadership experience.
• Experience supporting litigation practices across multiple jurisdictions and offices; centralized docketing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, appellate court rules, and filing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the US litigation docketing function across jurisdictions.
• Establish and enhance docketing procedures, workflows, and training resources.
• Monitor court rule changes and ensure processes stay current.
• Assess staffing, workflows, service levels, and capacity; drive efficiency and continuity.
• Partner with legal support leadership to align docketing with broader strategy.
