Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Senior Manager, Litigation Docketing to lead the US docketing function across jurisdictions. You will manage a centralized team, set standards, optimize processes and technology, and ensure accurate, timely docketing services for the firm's litigation practice.

The role offers a flexible hybrid arrangement with occasional in-office attendance and outside-hours work as needed, and you will partner with IT, legal support, and partners to drive governance,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of litigation docketing or similar experience in a law firm.
Experience leading docketing, legal operations, or related staff.
Knowledge of federal, state, appellate court rules and filing requirements.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of US docketing across jurisdictions.
Develop and enhance docketing procedures, workflows, and training.
Monitor rule changes and ensure processes stay current.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and cross-training for continuity.
Partner with legal support and IT on system upgrades and reporting.
