Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Senior Manager, Litigation Docketing to lead the firm’s US docketing function. You will oversee a centralized team, establish standards, optimize processes, and ensure accurate, timely docketing across jurisdictions and offices.

This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with occasional in-office work and after-hours coverage as needed. Strong leadership and Milana/calendaring software expertise are essential, along with a deep understanding of court

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years of docketing or 10 years with leadership.
Experience across multiple jurisdictions; centralized docketing preferred.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, appellate, and administrative court rules.
Expertise with litigation docketing/calendaring software such as Milana.
Demonstrated leadership to develop teams and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of US litigation docketing across jurisdictions.
Establish and enhance docketing procedures, workflows, and training resources.
Monitor court rule changes and keep processes current.
Assess staffing, workloads, and service levels; drive improvements for efficiency.
Partner with legal support leadership to align docketing with strategy.
Oversee workload management, scheduling, and cross-training to ensure continuity.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for docketing.
Provide escalation support for complex deadline calculations and docketing inquiries.
