Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is hiring a Senior Manager, Litigation Docketing to lead the firm’s US docketing function. The role oversees a centralized team, drives standards, automations, and continuous improvement across jurisdictions with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, with occasional in-office attendance. Candidates should have extensive docketing, calendaring, and leadership experience within a law firm or equivalent setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law or related field with docketing or legal operations leadership experience.
• Experience with multiple jurisdictions and centralized docketing.
• Knowledge of federal/state/appellate court rules and filing requirements.
• Strong ability to interpret court rules and perform complex deadline calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of US litigation docketing ensuring accurate, timely service across jurisdictions.
• Establish and refine docketing procedures, workflows, and training resources.
• Monitor court rules and update processes; ensure data integrity and risk mitigation.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, coverage, and cross-training for continuity.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders on system upgrades and reporting.
