Job summary

Accenture Leadership Acceleration Consulting seeks a Senior Manager to design and deliver strategic leadership programs for CEOs, boards, and executives. You will build deep relationships, drive growth with existing clients, and apply behavioral science to leadership outcomes, all within a global, fast-paced, inclusive culture.

You will travel up to 30–35% depending on client needs, lead large client portfolios, and mentor junior staff in a trusted advisory capacity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with C-suite and boards.
• Leadership coaching and advisory experience.
• Deep psychological assessment of senior leaders.
• Organizational consulting and design expertise.
• Workshop design and facilitation (in-person and virtual).
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy or training.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and implement large-scale leadership strategy programs at the C-suite and board level across Leadership Acceleration services.
• Model and deliver senior leadership offerings to CEOs, C-suite teams, boards, and chairs.
• Develop and maintain a high-caliber network of senior contacts to create business opportunities.
• Be a trusted advisor to leaders; build deep relationships with C-suite teams to support success and culture.
• Deliver high-quality work aligning with client business strategy and value creation levers.
• Contextualize insights into cultural and commercial drivers for stakeholders.
• Manage client teams/portfolios; upskill teams and maintain professional client relationships.
• Pilot new intellectual property within client systems with Content Team.
• Lead portfolio growth, drafting strategic growth plans and cross-offerings sales.
• Role model for inclusive culture; travel up to 30-35% as needed.
