Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience with C-suite leaders and boards.
• Leadership coaching and advisory; developing leaders and high-performing teams.
• Deep psychological assessment of senior leaders.
• Organizational consulting, effectiveness, and design expertise.
• Workshop design and facilitation—both in-person and virtual.
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy, services, and/or training.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver large-scale leadership strategy programs at the executive level across Leadership Strategy Services.
• Grow the practice by engaging existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a high-caliber network of senior-level contacts to enable growth.
• Be a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and their teams, fostering successful culture change.
• Deliver high-quality work to support client strategy and commercial outcomes.
