Qualifications

• 8+ years experience with C-suite leaders and boards.
• Leadership coaching and advisory for leaders and teams.
• Psychological assessment of senior leaders.
• Organizational consulting and design expertise.
• Workshop design and facilitation (in-person and virtual).
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy and training.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Preferred: Master's degree or higher in psychology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale leadership programs for CEOs, boards and executives.
• Develop and maintain a senior-level client network to create opportunities.
• Advise leaders and build confidential, insightful relationships.
• Deliver high-quality work aligned with client strategy and outcomes.
• Contextualize leadership insights into cultural and commercial drivers.
• Manage and coordinate client teams and portfolios with professionalism.
• Pilot new IP within client systems and adapt to best practices.
• Grow client accounts with strategic growth plans and cross-offerings.
• Travel up to 30-35% as required by client needs.
