You will travel up to 30–35% as client needs dictate, shaping culture and performance across major industries with a global team.

Qualifications

• Experience with C-suite leaders and Boards; top teams in major industries.
• Leadership coaching and advisory; developing leaders and teams.
• Psychological assessment of senior leaders and executives.
• Organizational consulting, effectiveness, and design expertise.
• Workshop design and facilitation (in-person and virtual).
• Diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy or training.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and implement strategic leadership programs at the highest levels.
• Engage CEOs, C-suite, boards, chairs, and senior leaders with impact and margin.
• Develop a robust regional senior-level network to create opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders; build deep executive relationships.
• Deliver high‑quality work to improve client business outcomes.
• Contextualize leadership insights to drive culture and commercial outcomes.
• Manage client portfolios; upskill teams and maintain local relationships.
• Pilot new intellectual property within client systems; keep best practices.
• Grow client accounts; lead 1–2 large clients; cross-sell offerings.
• Be a role model for inclusive culture; travel up to 30–35% as needed.
