Job summary

You will work across Leadership Strategy Services, developing programs like board effectiveness, CEO succession, and culture change, while traveling up to 30–35% to serve major clients.

Qualifications

• Experience working with C‑suite leaders and boards.
• Leadership coaching and advisory for leaders and teams.
• Psychological assessment of senior leaders and executives.
• Organizational consulting, effectiveness and design expertise.
• Workshop design and facilitation (in‑person and virtual).
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy or training.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and implement large‑scale leadership strategy programs for board and executive teams.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C‑suite leaders and their teams.
• Develop and maintain a high‑caliber network to create business opportunities.
• Grow client accounts by drafting strategic growth plans and cross‑selling offerings.
• Lead client relationships with top executives and maintain confidentiality.
• Deliver high‑quality work aligning with client business strategy and outcomes.
• Contextualize leadership insights into cultural and commercial drivers.
• Coordinate client portfolios and upskill local teams.
• Pilot new intellectual property within client systems.
• Travel up to 30‑35% as needed.
